About the Job
This isn't your typical sales job. You'll be a part of the Founder's office and work with them—rolling up your sleeves, testing big ideas, and helping write the playbook as we grow.As part of Helium’s founding BD team, you’ll work directly with the leadership to shape how we acquire supply — the core flywheel of our business. You'll be shopping the city for homes, understanding micro-markets, influencing high-value homeowners, and building the trust layer in a low-trust category. You’ll learn what makes the rental market tick — and become a well-rounded operator who understands real estate, people, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive homeowner acquisition in key clusters through outbound outreach, consultative sales, and on-ground market mapping
2. Build conviction in our value prop (guaranteed rent, tenant vetting, full-service ops) and convert fence-sitting owners into partners
3. Shape supply-side GTM strategy: work on channel intelligence, market segmentation, and acquisition strategy
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: operations, product, demand and marketing — ensuring smooth handover and onboarding.
5. Track market trends, monitor competitors, and surface real-time insights to refine our pitch and product.
