About the Job

Nippon Data is seeking proactive and results-driven ERP and CRM Business Development Managers to spearhead our growth in the Business Software Applications market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the expansion of our Business Software solutions into new markets. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP & CRM systems, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. Candidate should have strong experience in some of the industry verticals like FMCG, auto components. BFSI, EPC, Engineering, distribution, services, textiles, etc. We are also looking for people for channel development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business development strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of our ERP solutions in target markets.
2. Market research & analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive dynamics within the ERP sector.
3. Lead generation & qualification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and customer acquisition initiatives.
4. Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their ERP needs and position Nippon Data as their preferred solution provider.
5. Proposal development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of our ERP solutions.
6. Sales collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from business development to sales, providing support in closing deals.
7. Partnership development: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to enhance our market reach and reputation.
8. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for business contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
9. Performance tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market penetration.
10. Continuous improvement: Stay informed of industry developments and continuously refine business development strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
