Key responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, cold calling, references, and digital channels.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
