About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Reach out to inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
2. Understand client pain points and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
3. Maintain an updated CRM and pipeline tracker
4. Set up discovery calls/demos with Account Executives or Growth Head
5. Collaborate with marketing for feedback on campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong research skills and a proactive mindset
3. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
4. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive (preferred)
5. Bachelor's degree in any field (Optional)
