About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Visit colleges to establish relationships with key decision-makers
2. Develop partnerships and tie-ups for different programs
3. Identify potential clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking
4. Build strong and long-term business relationships with key stakeholders
5. Execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and career programs
6. Represent the company at events, job fairs, and educational expos as and when required
7. Pitch company's offerings to decision-makers and close deals
8. Meet sales and partnership targets to drive business growth
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field
2. Possess 0–1 years of experience in field sales, business development, or institutional tie-ups
3. Be comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground client meetings
4. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Have experience working with CRM and lead management tools (preferred)
6. Show passion for sales, networking, and client relationship management
7. Possess basic IT knowledge (preferred)
