About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as the front-end salesperson to call and reach out to decision makers C level or manager-level persons, and identify sales opportunities
2. Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
3. Be directly involved in inside sales and marketing activities
4. Identify new businesses and prospective customers
5. Take a consultative or solutions approach to sales lead generation
6. Conduct market research and profiling to further qualify prospects
7. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
8. Demonstrate excellent command of the English language with a professional telephone manner
9. Possess basic technical knowledge of computer hardware
10. Have basic IT infrastructure knowledge including the use of spreadsheets
11. Show knowledge of CCNA ERP and databases
