MGB & Co. LLP is seeking associates and senior associates to join our statutory audit team. These roles are ideal for newly qualified chartered accountants or professionals with up to 5 years of experience in statutory audits. The candidates will work closely with senior team members, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse client base and building expertise in audit methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in statutory audit assignments, including financial statement preparation and review under IND AS.
2. Work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure timely and quality completion of audit engagements.
3. Engage with clients to gather necessary information, discuss audit findings, and address their queries.
4. Prepare detailed working papers and documentation to support audit conclusions.
5. Stay updated with auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Chartered accountant fresher or semi-qualified (dropout) experience in statutory audits.
2. Familiarity with IND AS and financial reporting requirements.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills, team orientation, and a client-focused approach.
