Key responsibilities:1. Working on on-site supervision
2. Working on on-site measurements
3. Prepare estimates & BOQs
4. Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts
5. Developing construction project budget estimates
6. Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks
7. Organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts
8. Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites
9. Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation
10. Determining project feasibility and giving approval
11. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations
12. Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties
13. Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals
14. Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback
