Key responsibilities:1. Talk to clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner
2. Handle client queries, provide updates, and follow up on pending requests
3. Maintain records of communication using CRM tools
4. Help schedule meetings, presentations, or follow-ups with clients
5. Coordinate internally with the bookings, operations, and planning teams
6. Assist in improving client satisfaction and retention
7. Learn continuously about client behavior, market trends, and communication strategies
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong spoken and written English
2. Show good communication and listening skills
3. Stay organized and detail-oriented
4. Willing to learn and take initiative
5. Be friendly, responsible, and confident while dealing with clients
