About the Job
As a Client Service Associate at Break The Code, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support at all times.Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and any other issues they may encounter.
3. Collaborate with other teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the client experience.
