About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing projects.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
3. Understand client needs and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
4. Schedule and lead regular check-ins or progress meetings with clients.
5. Track project milestones, gather feedback, and proactively manage any issues or changes.
6. Maintain documentation of communications, updates, and feedback.
7. Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage long-term collaboration.
8. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing post-project support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, computer science, business, communication, IT, or a related field.
2. 0-1 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or a similar role (preferably in the IT or software industry).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
7. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
8. Freshers with good communication skills and personality are also preferred.
