About the Job
We’re looking for a dynamic Community Manager & Influencer Outreach Expert who can build, nurture, and engage our inhouse brand community - both online and offline- while establishing strong relationships with influencers and content creators. This role blends social media engagement, influencer partnerships, and community-driven campaigns to strengthen brand loyalty and drive growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Management
- Build and manage an engaged community for moms and storytellers
- Respond promptly to community queries, comments, and DMs with brand-appropriate tone.
- Organize and moderate discussions, Q&As, contests, and live sessions.
- Identify brand advocates and nurture them into long-term ambassadors.
2. Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
- Research, identify, and shortlist relevant bloggers and influencers across niches aligned with clients goals.
- Develop outreach strategies and pitch campaigns to influencers, bloggers, and creators.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
- Manage influencer collaborations from onboarding to execution and reporting.
- Track ROI, engagement, and reach from influencer campaigns.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute community-driven campaigns and influencer activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, seasonal events, and brand awareness drives.
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
4. Content Collaboration
- Work with the content team to create platform-specific posts, reels, videos, and stories for community engagement.
- Share influencer-generated content across brand channels.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track community growth, influencer performance, and engagement rates.
- Share insights with the team to optimize future campaigns.
