About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct regular computer training sessions for students from classes 6 to 12 as per the prescribed curriculum
2. Facilitate digital learning and integrate ICT tools into classroom teaching
3. Guide students in basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, typing, email, and other relevant applications
4. Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance
5. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of computer labs and IT equipment
6. Assist teachers and school staff in using technology for teaching and administrative purposes
7. Organize workshops or hands-on sessions on digital safety, cyber awareness, and other ICT-related topics
8. Coordinate with school authorities and project team for reporting and updates
9. Ensure discipline and safety during lab sessions
Requirements:
1. Hold a graduate degree in any discipline with a diploma/certificate in Computer Applications (minimum 1-year duration)
2. Alternatively, hold a BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT), B.Tech, or equivalent in Computer Science/IT
3. Possess a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in computer training, preferably in a school or educational setup
4. Be proficient in MS Office, internet operations, and basic troubleshooting
5. Demonstrate good communication and classroom management skills
6. Show passion for teaching and mentoring students
7. Have basic knowledge of cyber safety and digital tools
8. Be capable of maintaining documentation and submitting regular reports
