About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conceptualize and shoot daily content at the central kitchen including product making, packaging, and behind-the-scenes
2. Edit videos for reels, stories, and posts using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva
3. Add voiceovers, captions, and text to make content informative and engaging
4. Use Canva or similar tools to create story templates, carousel posts, highlight covers, and posters
5. Coordinate with the founder and marketing team to align content themes with promotional goals
6. Keep Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms active with daily scheduled stories, posts, reels, and polls
7. Research and apply trending audio, hashtags, and formats to maintain fresh, viral-worthy content
8. Monitor content performance through metrics like likes, saves, and shares to optimize future posts
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns around festivals, launches, and special occasions
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, designing, and social trends
2. Possess basic video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools
3. Show expertise in Canva for design work
4. Be knowledgeable about trending audio, hashtags, and platform algorithms
5. Have good command of English for captions and voiceovers
6. Display a creative mindset with a go-getter attitude
7. Be pursuing or have completed a degree in mass media, design, digital marketing, or a related field
8. Share a portfolio or examples of content created including Instagram reels and Canva creatives
