About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Think big and write smart by creating bold scripts, Instagram CTAs, landing page copy, and more
2. Write scroll-stopping, CTA-driven content for Meta ads, Reels, packaging, emails, and UGC formats
3. Own the brand voice and make Boop sound like a sassy, emotionally intelligent best friend
4. Ideate and execute by leading shoots, working with editors, and bringing ideas to life
5. Lead a team of talented interns and act as the glue and spark of the content team
6. Collaborate with top-tier marketers, growth heads, and founders from major Indian D2C brands
7. Optionally run ad campaigns and learn growth strategies
Requirements:
1. Be a wordsmith with personality who can write punchy one-liners, sassy captions, and emotionally intelligent copy
2. Be extremely online with awareness of memes, Reels, trends, and internet culture
3. Be fearless about the category and comfortable talking about pleasure, intimacy, and sex
4. Be an idea generator and executor who can pitch 10 ideas and make 3 happen quickly
5. Be obsessed with startups, storytelling, and culture
6. Bonus if you’ve written scripts or made content for lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands
