Key responsibilities:1. Responding to inquiries on Justdial and Indiamart: Promptly answer all incoming leads,ensuring that responses are professional,informative and tailored to the needs expressed in the inquiry. Going on filed for the sales and reaching the potential clients.
2. Maintaining a detailed record of all interactions with leads,including their needs,the status of their inquires,etc.
3. Identifying and resarching potential clients who would benefit from the company's services or products,finding out the person incharge of those decision and scheduling the meetings for the same.
