Key responsibilities:1. Identify and generate leads through cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative channels
2. Research prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline
3. Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients to pitch hiring subscription plans and hackathon services
4. Follow up diligently with leads to convert them into active customers
5. Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales pitches and strategies
6. Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update sales reports regularly
