About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct data mining of turf information in different cities
2. Support Facebook campaigns by managing calls and callbacks from the campaign Excel
3. Assist with turf data by gathering information from different cities
4. Provide general support by assisting with various tasks as required
5. Collect customer feedback after play sessions
6. Follow up on leads for next or pre-bookings
7. Maintain sheets by keeping them organized and updated
8. Outreach to other states by initiating calls to other state turfs and customers
9. Maintain the contact sheet by updating Miheer sir's contact information
10. Assist with turf visits by occasionally accompanying for tie-ups
