About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead generation & qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
2. Customer outreach & relationship building: Regular communication with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and build relationships.
3. Product knowledge & presentations: Understanding the company's products/services and effectively presenting them to potential customers.
4. Sales pipeline management: Managing and updating CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
5. Quoting & closing sales: Preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing deals over the phone or via digital communication.
6. Collaboration with other teams: Working closely with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams to support business goals.
7. Meeting sales targets: Achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
8. Follow-up & after-sales support: Providing post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
