Key responsibilities:A. Lead Conversion:
1. Connect with inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries) and convert them into enrollments.
2. Counsel prospective students and healthcare professionals about course offerings.
B. Sales Strategy:
1. Develop and execute your own sales funnel and outreach strategy with guidance from the senior team.
2. Identify new target audiences for different course categories (students, professionals, institutes).
C. Follow-Up & CRM Management:
1. Maintain lead trackers, follow-up sheets, and CRM databases.
2. Ensure timely follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, SMS, and emails.
D. Collaboration:
1. Coordinate with marketing, academic, and tech teams to streamline the enrollment process.
E. Revenue Focus:
1. Achieve monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals.
2. Upsell and cross-sell programs where relevant.
F. Market Research:
1. Understand competitor offerings and suggest improvements in sales scripts and product positioning.
