About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with sales team, vendors, and clients for order processing
2. Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
3. Maintain and update customer records, reports, and documentation
4. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
5. Track sales targets and report on sales performance
6. Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales, logistics, and accounts
7. Assist in organizing client meetings and presentations
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
2. Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
3. Show proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Email
4. Display strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
6. Hold a graduate degree in any stream (Commerce or Business preferred)
7. Possess working knowledge of CRM software (optional)
