About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective agents, channel partners, or business associates.
2. Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.) to partners clearly and convincingly.
3. Support partners with training, policy comparisons, and product queries.
4. Drive product awareness and help partners increase policy sales through digital tools.
5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with lead status and feedback.
7. Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth partner experience.
