About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication, such as email and social media, to introduce the solution-mix and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
2. Conduct outbound calling to prospects based on business research guidelines from the Sales team
3. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
4. Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timelines
5. Perform time-to-time review and analysis of call quality and result outcomes and get inputs from the Sales team
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation or appointment setting targets
7. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications with prospects and conducting follow-up communications on proposals or quotes to move opportunities through the sales funnel
8. Log and record each outreach consistently and produce regular activity reports
9. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
