About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Call and follow up with leads generated via campaigns, referrals, and CRM
2. Counsel students and tutors on training programs, course benefits, and onboarding processes
3. Schedule product demos or counseling sessions with senior counselors when needed
4. Handle objections effectively and convert cold or warm leads into sign-ups
5. Maintain call records, update CRM, and achieve daily or weekly targets
6. Provide support to ensure high student and tutor satisfaction post-enrollment
7. Make 80 to 100 outbound calls per day to students, trainers, and colleges
8. Follow up via WhatsApp and SMS
9. Explain service offerings such as skill-based training on [www.SkillVedika.com](http://www.SkillVedika.com) and tutor onboarding via [https://www.FindMyGuru.com](https://www.FindMyGuru.com)
10. Coordinate with sales and academic teams
Requirements:
1. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
2. Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation ability
3. Maintain a target-driven attitude and eagerness to learn
4. Show basic computer literacy, including Google Sheets and CRM tools
5. Manage time effectively and multitask
6. Bring prior experience in EdTech or telesales roles
7. Be familiar with student or tutor onboarding processes
8. Have local language proficiency such as Telugu or Kannada (preferred)
KPIs:
1. Daily calls and connection rate
2. Lead conversion ratio
3. Follow-up management efficiency
4. Customer satisfaction during onboarding
