About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and research potential sponsors and attendees, focusing on senior-level decision-makers within target industries.
2. Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and schedule meetings to pitch event participation opportunities.
3. Provide detailed event information, brochures, and sponsorship packages to prospective attendees and sponsors.
4. Track and manage leads through CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
5. Convert qualified leads into confirmed participants or sponsors, achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
6. Work closely with other internal teams to align sales strategy with overall event goals.
