About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital outreach.
2. Client acquisition & relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and provide excellent customer service.
3. Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
4. Deal closure: Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and ensure that agreements meet both client and company expectations.
5. Sales strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
6. Sales reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using CRM software and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
7. Market research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better position the company’s products and services.
8. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
