Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers and evaluating their needs to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
2. Nurturing Relationships: Engaging with prospects and existing customers to build trust, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
3. Making Outbound Calls and Emails: Contacting potential customers to introduce the company and its offerings.
4. Providing Product/Service Information: Explaining the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services being offered.
5. Closing Sales: Successfully securing agreements with customers to purchase the company's products or services.
6. Managing the Sales Pipeline: Tracking and managing sales opportunities from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient progress through the sales process.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Creating reports and presentations on sales performance and data.
9. Collaborating with Teams: Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve sales goals.
