About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist the sales team in handling inquiries preparing quotations and following up with clients
2. Maintain and update customer databases price lists and product catalogs
3. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
4. Support in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
5. Prepare sales reports, performance summaries and market trend analysis
6. Attend customer meetings trade fairs and exhibitions when required
7. Handle after-sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
8. Follow up on payments and maintain good credit control practices
9. Support digital marketing efforts and help manage social media and customer interactions if required
