About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Sales:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and visits.
2. Identify new customers in the plastic molding, manufacturing, and packaging industries.
3. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on orders.
4. Maintain and update the sales and customer database (Excel/CRM).
5. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
B. Marketing:
1. Manage the company’s presence on platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.
2. Post and promote products on WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
3. Assist in preparing product brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
4. Conduct basic market research to understand demand trends and competitor pricing.
5. Support participation in exhibitions and trade fairs (as required).
