About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sell insurance policies, and achieve sales targets
2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding life insurance products
3. Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs, offering advice, and providing tailored solutions
4. Sell insurance policies to clients based on their specific needs and preferences
5. Ensure client satisfaction with their insurance policies and the services they receive by responding promptly to inquiries and complaints, and providing timely updates
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other activities by updating client information and ensuring all records are current
7. Stay updated on industry developments, including new products, regulations, and market trends
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients receive seamless and coordinated service
