About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Calling & Lead Follow-Up:
1. Make outbound calls to potential students and job seekers.
2. Follow up on inquiries from websites, social media, and events.
3. Maintain call logs and update CRM or call sheets regularly.
B. Counselling & Conversion:
1. Understand the needs of students and explain suitable programs (DAIS Club, Courses, Workshops, etc.).
2. Counsel them about the benefits of joining DAIS and guide them through the enrollment process.
3. Handle objections and convert interested leads into paid registrations.
C. Data Management & Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and feedback.
2. Share daily/weekly conversion reports with the reporting manager.
D. Coordination:
1. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for leads and onboarding.
2. Assist in organizing events or online webinars (if needed).
