About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design social media creatives, website graphics, ad banners, pitch decks, and branding assets
2. Create animated videos, reels, GIFs, explainers, and short-form motion content
3. Collaborate with marketing, web, and content teams to bring campaigns to life visually
4. Use AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, or similar to speed up creative production
5. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality design across platforms
6. Stay updated on design trends, marketing layouts, and visual storytelling best practices
7. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
8. Show strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout
9. Possess basic video editing skills such as cut, trim, animate, subtitle, and transition
10. Feel comfortable using AI tools in the design or ideation process
11. Convert briefs into clear, engaging visuals
12. Handle both graphics and motion/video end-to-end
13. Use tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, VN, or DaVinci Resolve
14. Edit UGC-style reels, ads, or storytelling clips for brands
15. Create assets for WebFlow/WordPress or export for dev-ready usage
16. Understand ad creative structure for performance marketing
17. Enjoy creative freedom and mentorship in live client projects
18. Work remotely with a collaborative team culture
19. Gain exposure to ad creatives, branding, UI visuals, and marketing campaigns
20. Access L\&D tools, AI design workflows, and template libraries
21. Choose to specialize in static or motion design or grow as a hybrid expert
