About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Shape the visual vision by developing and executing a design strategy aligned with DROPZ’s scarcity-driven, culture-first brand goals
2. Lead and mentor the design team to foster creativity and ensure delivery of high-quality, cohesive outputs
3. Oversee all design outputs including brand identities, campaign visuals, packaging, social media graphics, and website assets to maintain DROPZ’s vibrant aesthetic
4. Coordinate production of video, photo, and 3D content in collaboration with the production team to meet campaign timelines
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand Manager, Content Lead, and Growth team to align visuals with storytelling and campaign objectives
6. Analyze audience engagement data and feedback to refine design strategies and maximize cultural relevance
7. Stay trend-aware by tracking design trends, cultural shifts, and platform-specific aesthetics to keep visuals fresh and engaging
8. Develop and maintain visual guidelines, templates, and design playbooks to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Requirements:
1. Bring strategic leadership experience in design, brand identity, or creative direction, preferably from an agency or startup background
2. Mentor and manage a team of designers to consistently deliver cohesive, impactful design work
3. Serve as a visual storyteller who connects with Gen Z and millennial audiences through bold, hype-driven aesthetics
4. Manage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration using tools like Monday.com or Asana
5. Use data and analytics to optimize design performance and inform creative decisions
6. Show passion for culture, fashion, and lifestyle with a portfolio that showcases innovative, trend-aware designs
