About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Participate in brainstorming sessions and brand-building discussions
2. Conduct research and ideation around themes such as fashion, psychology, branding, and culture
3. Assist with backend coordination for consulting projects and 1:1 client sessions
4. Create and support presentations, client proposals, and workshop decks
5. Help with content strategy including scriptwriting, creative direction, and idea generation
6. Organize and prepare for video shoots, workshops, and seminars including logistics and coordination
7. Design visually engaging content using Canva such as posts, decks, and reels
8. Support basic video editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar
9. Assist with developing a cohesive visual language across all brand materials
10. Plan and schedule content calendars for Instagram and other platforms
11. Contribute to post and reel ideation, community engagement, and trend tracking
12. Analyze content performance to support future improvements
13. Manage calendars, emails, and meeting schedules
14. Support with digital desk work such as data entry, file organization, and research
15. Multitask and prioritize deadlines with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Requirements:
1. MUST HAVE 6-12 months of relevant experience including internships or project-based work
2. Demonstrate excellent research, writing, and conceptual thinking skills
3. Show strong visual sense with an eye for design, fashion, and storytelling
4. Be proficient in Canva and beginner-friendly video editing tools
5. Possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
6. Show interest in branding, fashion, psychology, or creative industries
7. Be self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
