About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, the website, and inbound calls.
2. Maintain lead data and status in CRM or tracking sheets.
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up consistently.
4. Qualify leads and assign to appropriate sales or support teams.
5. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
6. Coordinate with marketing for campaign performance and lead flow.
7. Track conversions and generate basic lead performance reports.
8. Ensure no lead is missed and all communication is professional and timely.
