Key responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
5. Update and maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Promote company products/services and upsell when appropriate.
