About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct area mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify untapped micro-markets and optimize sales targeting strategies.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to craft localized promotional content, WhatsApp creatives, and RCS campaigns that resonate with the regional buyer persona.
3. Qualify leads using behavior tracking tools and CRM analytics to prioritize high-intent prospects for immediate follow-up.
4. Collect and document client testimonials and success stories to build social proof and brand trust for future sales cycles.
5. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to assist buyers in understanding title deeds, RERA documents, and payment plan structures.
6. Organize and represent the brand at real estate expos, channel partner meets, and walk-in events, ensuring maximum brand visibility and lead inflow.
7. Perform virtual property tours via video calls or 3D walkthroughs for NRI or remote buyers to drive digital sales.
8. Maintain a personal database of repeat investors and referral clients for exclusive project pre-launches and soft launches.
