About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Handle customer queries over email and/or chat
3. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
4. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
7. Frequently attend upskilling sessions to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
