1. CRM strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to optimize customer engagement and retention.
2. Third-party app listings management: Oversee product listings across multiple online platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, attractive product descriptions, and high-quality images.
3. Customer feedback: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across various channels, including social media, email, and review platforms, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
4. Review management: Regularly track and analyze customer reviews to identify trends and areas of improvement, leveraging insights to enhance the brand's reputation.
5. Collaborative efforts: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the CRM strategy aligns with overall business goals and supports promotional activities.
6. Training and support: Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM and third-party app management, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of tools.
7. Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and third-party app management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
8. Quality assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines across all CRM communications and listings.
