About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage proactively with NRI clients via calls, video conferences, and emails
2. Understand and address specific property needs and investment requirements of NRI clientele
3. Coordinate with sales teams to align client needs with available property solutions
4. Provide comprehensive guidance on legal, financial, and regulatory aspects related to real estate investment for NRIs
5. Facilitate property viewings, virtual tours, and detailed presentations tailored to overseas clients
6. Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and referrals
7. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create targeted promotional campaigns
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate excellent command of English (verbal and written communication skills)
2. Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
3. Have prior experience in real estate, client relations, sales, or customer service roles targeting NRI or international markets
4. Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
5. Be proficient with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite
6. Be able to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones
