About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Follow up with customers and leads collected from Gift Expo.
2. Approach and manage customers primarily via WhatsApp.
3. Circulate product creatives and new launches regularly to potential and existing clients on WhatsApp.
4. Handle customer orders, queries, and requirements efficiently.
5. Follow up on leads, orders, and repeat needs — build long-term relations.
6. Solve problems independently — if you don’t know something, figure it out.
7. Complete tasks by any means — smart work, hard work, or hustle.
Who we're looking for:
1. Ready for some field work occasionally (if required)
2. Energetic, proactive, and self-driven to take ownership.
3. Comfortable with WhatsApp marketing & handling B2B conversations.
4. Strong follow-up skills — knows how to keep deals warm.
5. Smart problem solver — doesn’t need hand-holding every time.
