About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally via calls, email, and WhatsApp
2. Raise miscellaneous support tickets as required
3. Process daily return and exchange requests
4. Schedule and process orders for dispatch daily
5. Generate monthly reports including returns, exchanges, bestsellers, etc
6. Confirm NDR (Non-Delivery Report) orders daily by calling customers for rescheduling
7. Take ownership of complete inventory management, ensuring accurate records and stock levels
8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely restocking and smooth supply chain operations
9. Perform additional duties as required
Mon- Sat | 9 AM - 6 PM
