About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance via email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Input and update customer information in our database accurately using MS-Excel.
3. Assist customers with troubleshooting insurance related questions.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
5. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer service processes for insurance.
6. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
