About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in responding to client inquiries and maintaining communication with school clients
2. Help prepare orientation materials for students, parents, and faculty
3. Update and share program information such as itinerary changes or travel details under team guidance
4. Support the creation of marketing materials including circulars and promotional teasers
5. Collaborate with the team to prepare program documents such as skeleton itineraries, presentations, and one-pagers
6. Help incorporate changes or updates into program itineraries
7. Assist in collecting and organizing participant details for the bookings team
8. Help coordinate flight, hotel, bus, and activity bookings with relevant vendors
9. Notify the bookings team about participant count changes, cancellations, or updates
10. Help gather feedback from schools, parents, and students post-trip using provided tools or surveys
11. Assist the team in addressing any post-trip concerns or follow-ups
12. Compile data and prepare simple reports summarizing team activities and customer feedback
13. Use tools like Asana and Slack to help the team stay updated on progress and action points
14. Ensure proper documentation and communication of all program-related activities
