Key responsibilities:1. Engage with inquiries promptly: Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, or website leads with a polite and informative approach, ensuring a warm first impression
2. Understand buyer needs: Carefully listen and gather key information about the customer’s location preference, budget, and property type to offer relevant suggestions
3. Provide accurate project details: Share verified information regarding available inventory, project amenities, RERA status, pricing, and current offers
4. Maintain client records: Enter and update customer information in CRM systems or Excel sheets regularly for tracking lead status and follow-ups
5. Follow-up consistently: Make timely outbound calls to follow up on past inquiries, remind clients about site visits, or share new matching property options
6. Resolve initial queries: Answer questions related to project brochures, documentation, location routes, builder reputation, or loan partners clearly
