Key responsibilities:1. Identify and engage HNI/NRI segments by tailoring property pitches that align with luxury or investment-focused portfolios
2. Create hyperlocal WhatsApp broadcast lists and nurture engagement through regular updates, festival greetings, and limited-period offers
3. Maintain builder and developer relations to stay updated with inventory changes, internal offers, and exclusive allotment quotas
4. Offer pre-booking consultation to help buyers choose the best unit mix, floor plans, or payment plans before official project launches
5. Verify and update project inventory sheets regularly to avoid miscommunication with clients and ensure real-time availability tracking
6. Track and analyze daily walk-in and inquiry data to identify visitor trends, feedback patterns, and conversion blockers
