Key responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ISP, Telecom services, or similar industries.
2. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
3. Ensure high-quality customer support while meeting SLAs for response and resolution time.
4. Offer multilingual support, if applicable, to enhance customer experience.
5. Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting assistance to customers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical concerns.
