About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
2. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information as needed
3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
5. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
7. Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs
8. Update customer records in the system with accurate and timely information
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Be proficient in English, with strong typing skills
3. Show proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
4. Maintain a calm and patient demeanour when faced with challenging situations or irate customers
5. Handle queries effectively and efficiently
6. Apply strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
7. Possess basic computer skills and be familiar with using CRM systems
8. Be able to work onsite at the Jaipur, Rajasthan location
