Aptagrim's solution 'psyHire' is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform revolutionizing hiring with AI-driven candidate assessments. We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer who will be the frontline of customer success — helping our users get the most out of PsyHire, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a delightful experience.Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for all customer queries and technical support issues via chat, email, and occasional video calls.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, log bugs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely fixes.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of PsyHire features, updates, and use cases to guide customers effectively.
4. Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
5. Document common issues and resolutions in our knowledge base and help improve onboarding & help content.
6. Monitor support tickets to ensure SLAs are met and follow-ups are prompt and proactive.
7. Train users on product functionality during onboarding and post-launch phases if needed.
