About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
2. Resolve customer concerns by troubleshooting problems and providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues when necessary
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate information
4. Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system after each interaction
5. Follow call scripts, quality guidelines, and company policies to maintain service standards
6. Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, FCR, CSAT, and adherence
7. Capture customer feedback effectively and share insights with team leaders for service improvements
